The question plays a major role here: <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW52660476 BCX4\" lang=\"DE-DE\" xml:lang=\"DE-DE\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW52660476 BCX4\">What values are conveyed and practiced?<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW52660476 BCX4\" lang=\"DE-DE\" xml:lang=\"DE-DE\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW52660476 BCX4\"> Because culture<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW52660476 BCX4\"> is not static, but in motion. It is shaped and influenced by social interactions &#8211; not only geographically, but also at company level. An illustrative model for explaining culture is the <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW52660476 BCX4\" lang=\"DE-DE\" xml:lang=\"DE-DE\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW52660476 BCX4\">Iceberg model<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW52660476 BCX4\" lang=\"DE-DE\" xml:lang=\"DE-DE\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW52660476 BCX4\">What we see above the surface &#8211; such as gestures, rituals or symbols &#8211; is only a small part of the culture.
